Create Deployment

POST 
/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_name/deployments

Create a deployment bucket, optionally linked to a pipeline.

Default service sizing follows Development unless explicit sizing fields are provided. You can pass up to three tags, which follow the same rules as adding a tag to an existing deployment. If any tag is invalid, the request fails and no deployment is created.
