Managing Workspace Settings
You can have up to 100 workspaces in your organization, each with separate data. You can choose which users can access each workspace.
About This Task
In deepset AI Platform, you work within workspaces. Each workspace has its own data, pipelines, indexes, and jobs which aren't shared with other workspaces.
Members, integrations, secrets, and API keys in the Workspace Settings apply only to this workspace. For example, if you add an integration here, it will work only within this workspace. The same goes for secrets and API keys.
Create Workspaces
When you create a workspace, only Admins have access by default. To allow others to access your workspace, you must add them to your organization and assign roles.

In deepset AI Platform, click the workspace name in the upper left corner.

Enter the workspace name and click Create. You're automatically redirected to the new workspace.
Manage Workspace Settings
To check the current workspace ID, integrations, secrets, and API-keys, perform these steps:
- Click your profile icon and choose Settings.
- Go to Workspace.
- Switch between tabs to adjust settings.
